Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya headquartered in Jl Pucang Jajar Tengah 56 Surabaya and supprted by 12 campusess in 6 cities across East Java, namely Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Tuban, Magetan, Bangkalan, and Madiun. Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya was established in 2001 as a merger result of 13 Health Academy under the Ministry of Health of Republic Indonesia in East Java. Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya has 7 programs of study (majors), namely Nursing, Midwifery, Health Environment, Electro Medical Engineering, Dental Nursing, Health Analyst, Department of Nutrition.
