Originally registered as PT Semen Cibinong Tbk in 1971. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk was launched in 2006. Holcim Indonesia domiciled in Jakarta and operates in Indonesia and Malaysia. As of December 2012, the Company operates 2 cement plants, located in Cilacap Central Java and Narogong West Java. Holcim Indonesia also supported by 2 cement grinding stations in Johor Bahru Malaysia and Ciwandan. Holcim Indonesia also supported by Holcim Beton, a subsidiary engaged in aggregates quarries and ready-mixed concrete business. Based on Holcim Indonesia Annual Report 2012, the Company recorded excellent results. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk posted total sales in 2012 amounted to Rp 9 trillion, grew by 20% from the previous year, while net income of RP 1.35 trillion, an increase of 27 % from 2011.
